aspek is founded by Maria Astianti, a self-made woman born in Jakarta, Indonesia who grew up and studied in Switzerland. After graduating high school, she took an interest in social science and studied Sociology at
the University of Geneva as a means to better understand the fabric of society and its individuals.
This academic path, guided by a spark of interest in photography and cinematography, led her to deepen her understanding of communication theories. During her Master’s degree in Journalism and Communication,
she began her career as Digital Communication Assistant at MAMCO Geneva, where she learned the basics of digital content creation in various forms. In her late twenties, she decided found aspek SNC in 2021.
